At Brisor, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions, including where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or has another quality-related issue. In such cases, Brisor will cover the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting your request.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
